Default Laser jammer for 997 cabriolet

I'm looking for the best laser jammer for a 997. Does anyone have one and what do you recommend?

I'm in Hawaii where they are legal.

Anti Laser Priority system with Bell Tronics STiR plus radar. I just installed and it looks great. This system can beat any laser system law enforcement uses.

AL Priority is rated #1 in 2015. Do a search here many posts about it

I love Hawaii, but it seems like it would be a tough place to own a fast car, especially if you want to drive fast.

Are you hoping to install a laser jammer so you can go 60 mph?

Its not legal unless it has a FCC ID number on it and its been type accepted to met all FCC Part15 Rules and Regulations. It does not, check the FCC database. in fact for Canada....where you get it from...

Beginning in mid-June, 2015, all Canadian AL Priority orders are shipped with a Control Unit (regular or HiFi model) pre-loaded with factory parking-only-mode firmware. Users or installers must download and load the latest firmware update to activate LID (laser interference defense) and other functions.
I'm surprised they are dumb enough to post on their own website how to hack their own system and turn it into a jammer.

Exactly... the speed limits on some highways are 45 MPH!

Thanks. How many sensors did you have installed and where?

I'm told I don't need a radar detector here since it's not used.

Did you get any of the optional modules?

I would question that as radar is still used.

2 front 2 back. You need at least 2 on each end as they work in tandem. Love the system and install they made. My installer used the blank buttons in center console as power buttons for each to shut the system down if needed.

That's a beautiful install (from what I can see). So I'm not knocking it.

I'm just curious, as this is something I worry about (and one reason I haven't done this) -- is it "invasive"? Anyone concerned about poking various holes and taking apart various bits in the car to get this done....?

Absolutely. I looked into 5 different installers and did my research. Went on the radar forums for a few weeks and got some expert recommendations on systems and installers. Why? I wanted the least invasive install possible. I love the 991 interior and. Wanted to keep it pristine. Didn't want anything visible.

You have to do your research. Talk with your installer. Map out specifically what you want. Include photos as examples.

I now feel very secure from tickets and I'm driving in control but with confidence. No more looking at parked cars wondering if they are cops.
