Check your PM. I can try and check out tomorrow for you if you like. Call German Motorworks and see if they can do a PPI or call Chandler at Porsche of Nashville (Cell): (248) 705-2877 and see if they will. I actually don't know if Porsche Nashville does or not, but several of my cars I have sold underwent PPIs at German Motorworks. They are super nice guys.

If you like, I put eyes on it and drive it before spending any $$$s on a PPI. I left you my telephone number in the PM.

No pics yet and they don't show the carfax but for someone looking for a 997.2 manual coupe this is worth further investigation.

For me Black on Sand Beige are two points I’m not willing to compromise on. Just about any other color I could accept, but I agree it’s worth a look for someone.

I love Sand Beige if it is clean. This is a CPO car and probably won’t last long. Be surprised if it is still available today.

Looking at a black on black 2006 C2S with OEM aero kit, sport seats and 51k miles, 99% stock. Curious on value, seller is asking 42k.

What would you say a 2012 Carrera S with 45k miles could get for prices right now? The specs are here https://vinanalytics.com/car/WP0AB2A98CS720386/.

Its in great condition, just needs some rear brakes and rotors and an oil change. Had the 40k mile service from Porsche. Car gurus puts the value at over 60k. Best private party offer I have is 54k.

In my opinion, $60k for this car is caffeine-induced euphoric optimism (PDK, 45k miles, relatively low level S from a build / options perspective, common color combination, plus needs (at a minimum) rear brakes). The $54k offer is much more realistic of the value I think.

I am pretty sure this is his car.

I honestly don't really have a good bearing on the market right now except maybe GTSs. The Ss (even more so than the 4Ss) continue to surprise me about how much $$$ they are brining. Has full leather and some on here seem adamant about having full leather although I think its completely unnecessary.

The problem with Gurus market price is it can be dependent upon location and may even be mixing in recent manual sales giving an inflated price or this could be a $60k car for the right person. My feeling is a car needs to have around 30k or less miles to really commend a good premium price. The Gurus market price of $60k seems a little strong for a pdk with 45k miles.

This one is similar and brought about $55k on BAT without about the MSRP, but no full leather. This is also a 2009 so the 2012 with full leather may be priced right if needed nothing.

Its a nice car. An S with manual trans, heated seats, 19" wheels, Sport Chrono Plus, Nav, Bose stereo, Power comfort seats. I personally like the midnight blue. Biggest downfall is the 73K miles. If everything checks out with PPI, I would say maybe $44 - $46K would be in the ballpark.
