No its a V8 in the RS4. The V10 is in the S8 as an option.

Make sure you remove the rear window spoiler and enjoy it in good health

V10 was actually in the S6 and S8 of the era, but to say it was a derivative of the Lamborghini is a bit of a stretch. Yes, they are both 5.2L, but have unique heads, cylinder bore, valves, injection, etc. But I digress.

Regardless, congrats on picking up a great little car. I've driven both the 2007 RS4 and 2010 S4, and while the S is better on paper, the RS is much more of a thrilling/visceral drive. Just get ready for some nose-heavy understeer.
