While lowering, what else?

About to get some H&R springs put on my 997, and I wanted to know if you folks have any suggestions as to anything else I might consider proactively knocking out at the same time. Assuming shocks shouldn't be considered yet... It's only got 28,500 miles on it, but it is 9 years old. Here's what's on the agenda for now:
- H&R springs
- NHP cat bypass pipes
- Function-First transmission mount
- Function-First engine mount
- Function-First shift ****
- StopTech rear brake pads (to address horrible squealing)

If you don't track the car then you should probably stick with OE brake pads. Otherwise, you're unbalancing the braking force between front and back.
What about sway Bars?
Since you're lowering, what about a skit plate to protect the engine?

Take care of the bearings and the rubber bump stops in the front shocks.
Parts are about $160 total and worth it since they will be off the damper when switching out springs anyway, are not serviceable and are cheap. Some also recommend changing the top mounts as those are only $50 a piece with a sealed un-serviceable bushing too.
Here are part numbers:
(2x) OEM Front Shock Support Rings 996 343 517 01 http://amzn.com/B00AH3C878
(2x) OEM Rubber Bump Stop Bushing 996 343 301 02 http://amzn.com/B00AL7Q3TE
(2x) OEM Shock Bearing Plate Mount 996 343 515 05
Amazon.com: Porsche 986 996 997 Shock Bearing Plate Front Strut (x2) shock absorber mount: Automotive
If you ever plan on changing out the sway bars do it now. The rear can be done without removing suspension parts but the front cross member needs to be removed in order to install the front sway and you'll have to remove most of the suspension to do that. The suspension will be removed when installing the front springs so it's a heck of a lot easier and saves a ton of time (and $$$) to do the front sway while also doing springs.
RE: Brake Pads
If you are changing brand and/or compound I recommend you change all four corners to maintain brake balance

I don't think I'll worry about sway bars since it's strictly street driven.
nwGTS, I'm curious on the links you provided through Amazon, though.
The bump stop bushings show to be for 997's with PASM. Will they still work for non-PASM cars?
What is the difference between the last two links? Appear to be the same items...
Thanks!

If you search for a thread by EMC2, his breakdown of part numbers shows similar parts being replaced when he lowered his car and he did not have PASM.
