I'm on the parkway all the time. I put the car on cruise control and listen to the radio.

sorry, nothing interesting about that road.

Well then you're not driving it at the speeds I am.

hahah because it's so much fun going whatever speed in a straight line and hitting a deer or loosing your license. Can do that in a prius

I caution you on that. There are tons of police, and they are militant.

If you get great joy of doing 100mph plus on the parkway, enjoy it, but be careful.

I'd rather do 50mph on some technical mountain roads in harriman state park.

It was just a nice sensory experience for me, minimal cars, 4 newly paved non potholed glass smooth lanes with white lines coming at me, little flick of the wheel to change lane, give the slightest gas for responsive accceleration to pass, listening to the motor...and looking foward to having dinner with my wife without my three kids. I just appreciated those driving monents; contrarily I drive to Jersey City almost everyday on rt 22 and NJ truck 1 & 9. I only have 25k miles on mine since new, so I guess i just really appreciate a nice road(to me) and the car when i do get to enjoy it, forgive me for that.

Nothing to be sorry for. Completely understand and agree.
