K, you know the guy that lives in my building with the blue 981? Saw his bill from PE for a cabin filter and oil change.... $680. SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY AMERICAN REAL DOLLARS for oil and cabin filter change 
Oh it also included a one year inspection. So... that makes it worth it.

Shop owner's son never heard of Endless, said the motul xcess would be too heavy, looked at the pads and said he's never seen the pads or fluids before. Pads I get, I don't know anyone else on the same pads, but the brake fluid? They only use it in the cup car, f1, wrc, etc. I'm guessing he thought it was some random japanese ricer stuff. Then when he tested the brakes he was caught off guard by how well they work, tried to blame it on different pads front/rear (they're the same).
Kind of like dismissing a Yamazaki 18 year as "cheap Japanese scotch".

Check out TKX Performance in Long Island they are a good shop that can be trusted not to gouge you. Tom, their lead tech a lime green aircooled 911. You can find him at the Autox events and pick his brain.

Haha damn! I went to the formula motorsports, which is supposedly a reputable indy here. $325 oil change, $150 for flush, and $165 for a DME reset. $650 for about 1 hour worth of work. They could have at least used the fluids provided!
