Well, I guess I raised them right :-)
I went to Rennsport Reunion last Saturday. When I go to the Monterrey Historics I usually leave my kids at home, this time I decided they need to come and see Porsche history.
Two things to chuckle:
1. So we’re driving down to Laguna Seca on 101. The road is infested with several 986 / 987 / 997 / 991, all going towards the same destination. Sasha, my 11 old basically just shrugs it off. Until a 2015 GT3 passes us and she says: “Wooaaa daddy, a GT3”!
2. I told my kids they should tell me which car they would most like to take home and Sasha picks the golden Singer Targa.
Jasmine (15) picked a 356 Speedster from the Porsche heritage display
Yes, there is still interest for (cool) cars in kids!
(I settled for the 917 with number 21)
Signed: the proud Daddy :-)

Good job, Dad!
(I am an absolutely committed, dyed-in-the wool Tifosi, and I've gotten my 5 and 3 year old boys to watch the F1 races with me -- sort of, their attention span isn't great -- and root for Ferrari of course. I don't have a Ferrari currently (sold it before the kids were born), but every time they see my Carrera C4S they say "daddy's Ferrari!" Lol... Hopefully they will figure out the difference soon and I won't have to correct them anymore. WAIT A MINUTE -- Maybe I should just buy another Ferrari! *Ducks chair thrown at head by wife.* )
