Has anyone used Permagloss for tires?

I hope it does not turn your tires into soaps. This kind if stuff is a big no-no on motorcycles.

Just buy Aerospace 303 and be done with it. More multi use capabilities too.

"Perm" and "Gloss" are two words I don't want to see associated with my tire dressing.

There are two camps. The silicone based tire dress team and the water based tire dress team.
Both silicone and water based products will do the same thing. Shine up your tires. How they do this and the other pros and cons are what you should look into.
Both water and silicone are are available in formulas that don't sling, run, drip, whatever. So it's a draw there.
Water based will be removed with any contact with water.. duh.
Silicone will last longer.
Silicone will be harder to remove between cleaning if not impossible to completely remove. Water based will come off with normal brushing.
Because silicone is harder to remove it's also harder to remove any oxidized rubber underneath the silicone... that brown look you get on your tires.
But that takes a while to develop if you are protecting your tire with tire dressing.
So IMO, if you are replacing your tires every 3 or 4 years (not uncommon on high wear tires used on our 911s) then go with silicone. It is a little messier to work with (only slightly) but will last longer than water based.
If using a car as a show car that doesn't see rain, puddles etc. I would go with water based since the rubber will see more years.
My 2c.

I highly regarded product amongst expert detailers:

It is a water based silicon oxide. I've tried a lot of products and only use this on tires.
You can also dilute it and affect the depth/appearance of the finish to get it to meet your personal preference. But it will not give you the artificial super reflective look.
1 bottle lasts forever too.
