Default Brake Feel during Rain

Today I was caught in a downpour of rain here in NJ on the parkway doing 70 mph. I was a bit concerned as I pumped my brakes and it did not feel right.

As things dried out, it all felt better.

Has anyone experience this before?

Diagnosis: wet shoes...

I can't say I have ever experienced anything like what you have described.

I experienced this in the past in my 996 and my 997. If the brakes are cold and wet, then they won't work as well as they do when they are warm and dry.

looks like you have pccbs. That seems to be a common complaint

I've noticed that PCCBs are worse initially in cold conditions than steel brakes.
