thanks for keeping an open mind brother :reckon: if you need help re the measurements feel free to let me know.

the silver 997.2 pic above is what sold me. there was another 997.2 turbo that had the badging done @ pfaff where it looked great too.

I actually like the crest on the rear of my cars - others don't, but I don't really care as they're my cars and that's what I like. RUF writing was already on the decklid when I bought it - I added the crest to the large area of the bumper.

Also, that spoiler doesn't look like a turbo - it looks like a GT3 and since it was available as a factory option on any Carrera looks just fine on your car - in fact, I really like it and was looking for that on the car when shopping, before I found and bought my RUF. Also, I really like the TT decklid with the active aero wing so we put that on my wife's car since that's what she wanted. Liked it so much I converted the fixed bi-plane wing on my RUF to be active aero too. Also just finished a 928 Spyder and did custom carbon fiber vinyl badges on the rear of that along with, yup, a Porsche crest

My point is, badge it however you want as long as you're not calling it a model that it's not. The next owner can change it if he doesn't like it.

This is a beautiful example of how it should look like on a 997

It looks alright to me. I think the big badges should be left on the big cars, i.e. the 991

I like the Porsche lettering. For whatever reason I really don't like the "911" or "Carrera" badges. Do what you like.
