I think those are stock wheels.

Agree with sandwedge. They look stock to me.
BUT there are also lots of clones out there too.
Pull the wheel and check the stamp on the spokes, if you feel so inclined.

They're called the "Carrera Classic" and can be seen on the "build your own" section of Porsches website.
