Default water drops under side markers

I have clear side markers on a preowned 2011 GTS
I don't know if they are factory or aftermarket
There appears to be water drops or condensation under them

How do i diagnose and address this?

Remove them. Inspect to make sure the rubber gasket where the wires enter the housing is connected. If it's shaken loose, secure it. If it's not there, use some silicone to seal it up (leave a tiny hole to let any future condensation escape) or buy a new set. They retail for 'only' around a hundo.
