Question PSE button wiring

Is the PSE button connected directly to DME? Where can I find more info about the PSE button's wiring?

Factory is thru the DME, on my 06 and later my 09, I direct wired it to the fuse box, when I installed.
No DME cut off, need extra on/off button. (Mine's in ashtray)You cannot use the dash button supplied.

The TSB for retrofitting the PSE has some information on how it's wired. It's available on Renntech for donating members. I also installed my PSE switch to a relay so I can control the on/off feature. It was a little of a PITA but I was able to do this with a modified version of the stock PSE button. Looks 99% stock. The only thing I could not replicate was the little yellow led that illuminates when turned on. I couldn't find an led sturdy and small enough for my application. This was 3 or 4 years ago when I did this so maybe one is available now.
