Default 3 piece gt3 sized wheels on 997c2?

I'm looking at a set of wheels for my 997 c2 the seller said they where on his 997 gt3 gen 1 a NB just like mines but the wheels ate 12.5x19 and 9.5x19 with stock offsets according to him..will they fit on my car without rubbing issues or sticking out of the fender? also planning to get lowering springs..

It sounds like he's a little confused. These wheels sound like they will fit a narrow-body 997 but I'm sure they're not GT3 offset (the actual offset numbers likely don't match).

Porsche never made 9.5 or 12.5 wheels for the 997 gt3. And if you don't have like-widths the offset numbers aren't going to match up. Or if they do match up the outside edge of the wheel won't line up. here are all the wheel sizes that porsche made:

If you can get the actual offset dims (often written with an "et" in front of them), you can enter the wheel sizes and offsets on this webpage and compare them to your existing wheels to see how much more they stick out.

One more thought... the 9.5 fronts probably look really great (because they stick out more and the centers probably dish-in more than stock). Also might even be good from a performance perspective as they may tune-out some of the understeer you see with the stock 997 set up. Of course the really wide rears probably nullify that benefit.

Have him measure the back spacing (back rim to the mounting flat) in MMs. Then convert the wheel width to MM. Subtract half the wheel width from the backspacing and you have the offset.
