Longest Drive Ever in a 911
Thanks for responding……your trip actually inspired mine…..when you took it and I read every post and thought it would be so cool to do that myself even at an advanced age!!:thumb up:

The only issue I had was at the end of the second day as I was approaching Naples….maybe 30 miles out I started to get very tired…..opened the windows (couldn't put the top down as I had a million things in the back).
When I got home I took a quick one hour nap and I was good to go…went out for something to eat and stopped in a bar for a nightcap and was just proud of myself and the car….she looked tired too but sweet and ready to go today after her clean-up!
I'm looking forward to the next 20 years…and maybe another adventure!
Tom
P.S. Advise to the wise: don't look forward to far and focus on the day at the beach!
P.S.S. Why don't your drive that beauty to Rennsport next October?!

I think every owner should pull the covers off of there cars and drive them. They won't melt.
