Default Question for those that have removed then reinstalled Bose box.

Mine is moving around because the Torx screws were not reinstalled (I assume when ECU was out, not sure).
I have the 2 screws and clips. I went to install them but the screws don't catch on anything. Looks like the hole isn't threaded but it is the clip that actually holds the box in place (?). Anyway, I am pretty useless when it comes to any kind of DIY work, but this seemed simple enough?!
Can anybody that has re-fastened the sub box let me know what I am doing wrong?
Much appreciated

I do this all the time and it's pretty easy. I used this guide to help me the first time: http://sharkwerks.com/porsche/techni...s-gt2-gt3.html

You may be missing the little metal braces that the torx bolts screw into on the brackets. Double check the pictures in the guide to make sure your brackets look the same otherwise there's no thread for the bolt to catch.

Thanks. As dumb as I am, I realized I put the clip on the front side instead of behind the box. Will try again.
