Are you local to the car? That place is in my general area Chicagoland. Probably 30miles from me. I would have bought that car
Wrong color in and out though. Nice options.

This year's Excellence Guide (2014 - 2015) lists a 2009 S in the $60k - $69k range. Considering the options, miles & warranty, it seems to be a very good value.
A PPI will qualify exactly how good a value it really is.

Thanks for all the help guys. I just signed the PO and put a deposit. I'm just waiting for the contract and I'm good to go I think.
@3Series, no I'm not local. I will have to fly to Denver to pick up the car.

I already tried my best. I started at 59, 60, 61, 62 and even 62.5K... they won't budge! I think it's an ok deal. I've been searching all over the nation for 2 weeks now and by far, this car the has the most options. Most of the ones I've seen are in the 59K - 67K price range too depending on the year and mileage.

The car is worth what you're willing to pay.
Good research, warranty, will mitigate your risk.
Your accountant would tell you to go buy a Honda Civic.
I like buying my cars at premium off brand dealers.
I know I'm paying for their kids college, I just hope its not an Ivy School.
