First Porsche
Glad to be part of your community. Picked up my first Porsche a month ago - 2008 911 C2S Cab with 13,000 miles. I was on my way to Phoenix to pick up a 2011 M3 when the wife said "Are you sure; why don't you test drive a 911?" She didn't have to say that twice! Here's the first pic with my boys when I just arrived home that day.

Welcome aboard! Good job in jumping right into the car that you really like. You would have been kicking your self every time a 911 passes you driving the M3.

My story is a tad similar in that I went to look at a CPO Cayman S and being 6'4 I had trouble fitting in it...the salesman showed me a recent trade in C4S and we took it for a ride...well when I got home I told my wife "bad news I don't fit in the Cayman...but I drove this bad *** C4S" she then says "Well I guess you will have to get the 911 then"...SOLD!!!

I just added my C4S to the garage...see thread titled "introduction" and my wife actually clapped while jumping up and down when i told her they accepted my offer. That was a special moment. Enjoy your car...love the pics of the kids. Little boys and big boys alike love the Porsche 911.
