My 997.2 cigarette lighter works but the other two outlets in the console and passenger footwell are dead and the 7.5A fuse is good. If anybody ever hears of a fix, please post. Thanks.
I can confirm that my 997.2 (2009 C2) has power to both the console and footwell lighter connections while the engine off and no key is in the ignition.
A while back I had purchased this adapter on eBay that has an in-line fuse and switched output with an indicator LED. The enclosed pictures clearly depict the presence of power under the conditions indicated.
