Default Wow! She's alive now.

Finally got my Fister exhaust and got it installed along with the Sharkwerks center bypass. All I can say is WOW. Unbelievable difference. It's still somewhat tame at idle and low RPM's but when you get on the gas it just sounds incredible. Very happy!!

Installation was very easy as well. On the 997.2's you can just remove the rear wheels and slide the mufflers out after loosening everything up.

I have also been very interested in doing this with mine as well. I like how the sharkwerk's xpipe changed the tone of my exhuast. Can you describe how adding the fisters/gundo have changed the sound of your car?

I'll have to work on a video. This is on a 997.2 C4S Cabrio. I think the Sharkwerks bypass was around $740 shipped and the Fister mufflers with Cermachrome finish were $529 shipped (w/ core).

Well I put the Sharkwerks bypass on first and to be honest I was disappointed. It just wasn't that big of a change. After the Fister cans the tone of the exhaust was completely changed. It sounds very exotic now. Exactly what I was looking for.

So jealous.

Have a SW Bypass ordered and am currently in the queue for Fister cans with Titanium finish. I would love a video of this combo.

People please send in your muffler cores!

Based on your comments, would you recommend the Sharkwerks bypass or just bypass that item and just go with the Fister cans??

Have the exact same setup on my 997.2, both installed by Sharkwerks and Darin as they are local to me.

Highly recommend doing both, tame under 3-3500 rpm..roars above that and WOT.
