Will lowering springs adversely affect the stock shocks?

don't know the answer but if I had to replace springs AND shocks, I would just go with coilovers

with any stock shock by lowering it will affect life of those shocks its a given fact

Stock shocks will fail given time, I've had my H&R lowering springs for 4.5 years now w/o issues.
