Thumbs up Lowered with Eibach Springs (before & after)

Hi All,

I've decided to throw on Eibach springs to reduce the known wheel gap these base Carrera 4's tend to have. On a previous 06 997 Carrera I had in Dubai I ran H&R springs and felt the drop was way too low. Eibachs are the perfect stance in my opinion. Here are the before and after shots:

Looks real nice, Cam. What was the drop? About an inch?

Eibach claims 0.8 to 1.0 inch drop.

Ride is about the same or nearly close to stock.

I had an all in price of $873 including pro-kit springs, install, and taxes (here in Toronto Canada)

That looks right. My car came with H&R springs installed and I do find them to be a little too low for my liking. Perhaps I will switch.

Looks amazing! I also think H&R is too low. For comfort and looks on OEM struts.

Looks great!

Farfelc2s - Eibach.com has an application guide to get the part number.

Eibach 7222.140 is for both the C4 and C4S...my car doesn't have PASM but I don't think it matters.

Looks good man!

So, would it be lower on a PASM car?

I installed the Eibach springs on my car about two years ago. Rides great. You can expect the car to settle about another 1/4 inch in a couple of weeks. I think that that the total drop ended up being about 1 inch in the front and 1.2 inches in the rear. I have the same wheels too! Avant Garde.
