There is a 2009 carerra S at the Porsche dealer in Irondale, AL. It's black with tan interior. 9k miles. CPO. I believe it's under $64k. One owner and clean carfax. It was 10k over what I wanted to pay, so I just purchased an '07 Carrera S, CPO with 36k for $50k out the door from a dealer in Atlanta. Hope that helps. Also, I found an '09 with 35k miles at an audi dealer in Virginia, which shows 2 rear end accidents on the carfax, for 54k.

The miles are high but it's got some highly desirable options that make this a special car, ie the cocoa special leather, Sport Exhaust System and Adaptive sport seats. My car was similarly specced and I paid a premium because finding a car with all of those options is rare and my car had a mere 4,900 miles. Go for it and you won't regret paying full price.

+1 That car has some highly desirable options. Have a PPI performed. If the PPI results are clean make a offer! I dont think this car will last long on the market

Another market reference point for you. I bought a 2009 C2S a month ago. 24,300 miles, one owner and Porsche Approved. Paid $61.5k before tax. $20k in options included:

250 Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
267 Self Dimming Mirrors
342 Heated Front Seats
345 Heated Steering Wheel
425 Rear Window Wiper
541 Seat Ventilation
603 Dynamic Cornering Lights
619 Bluetooth Phone Interface
635 Parking Assist System
640 Sport Chrono Package Plus
672 Navigation Module for PCM
680 Bose High End Sound Package
686 XM Radio
810 Floor Mats in Interior Color
870 Universal Audio Interface
970 Bicolor Interior Instructions
BK Black/Stone Grey Full Leather Interior

Hope that helps. Good luck with buying your first Porsche. This was mine and it felt great to finally drive one home!

37,000 mi on a 2010 S for $68k seems a tad high, try and get the dealer to come down $4-5k. But if you are absolutely in love with colors/options, go for it, its not a bad deal (pending ppi).

Autotrader shows 227 997.2 cars under $70k and, 127 under $65k, and 73 under $60k. While not all of those cars are highly optioned S cars like the one you are looking at, you can see there are a lot of cars to choose from in the upper 60's and below.

I feel like Schpee007's deal was more in line with current market prices/good deal. 24k miles for $61.5.

I love white and cocoa leather! Good Luck!

White and cocoa full leather with those options is rare. That car wont last long. I say, go for it if PPI checks out. I love that combo!!!

Agreed. It's a desirable color combo and is nicely optioned. Fairly priced if you ask me. Go for it...it won't last.

I looked at a few "deals" before I bought my car and found out that these cars all had some issues (prior accident, etc.).
