Default Nail near wall on RR Potenza RE050A...

Discount Tire won't patch/plug - asked about MPSS - they had two rears in stock (and only two rears; no fronts) - I said eff it - $793 all said and done (including rebalance of fronts) - a tad sick to my stomach - I should just get the heck over it, eh?

I have never been happy with mis-matched front to rears. I hope you have better luck.

As for the cost....high performance cars are not cheap to maintain. Get used to it...

No regrets here, after all. I swear the ride is a heck of a lot nicer (even with just the rears).

Yea. These cars eat tires. Tire Rack online is your best friend!

And as far as the mismatched tire thing goes... Trust me, I would've preferred to replace all four in one fell swoop, but alas it's just not a $1600 kinda day today - I'm just not in the mood.

Sorry to hear about it. At least they had a pair in there. They are scarce. I would drive it like they match. You will be fine.

Hey Chris,

Thanks. And I know - I was quite surprised. Yeah, I should be just fine. I'll swap out the fronts in a couple months and be up to snuff. I don't put squat for miles on cars, anyhow (I work close to home). In the eight months of ownership and driving the car daily, I've racked up a whopping 6000 miles.

Cheers.
