Is the GTM2 rear spoiler in the first two pictures the same as the silver GTM spoiler?

Hello fellow forum members,
I have been a Rennlist forum member since 2004 and have been making and selling wings for Porsche 911's for the same past 9 years.
Many of you here know me from the very beginning some even personally.
We did Saturday and Sunday morning "coffee and drive" together and spend time at many different events.
A lot of the members on this forum have purchased my product and use it even after 5-6 and some even 9 years.
The amount of happy customers is well over 95%
Every item was ALWAYS delivered and in the rare event that there was something wrong with it we fixed it and compensated the customer.
All this is well documented on all the major forums.
I wish I could say the same thing for the past 6 months, but I cant.
About a year ago our head technician and manufacturing manager was diagnosed with stomach/gastric cancer.
He started with treatment right a way but six months later it started to get worst.
For the past six months he has spend more time getting treatment then in the shop.
This is a person we have worked with for the past 7 years and we believed that he would be able to overcome the illness but on the other side we had a huge obligation to all of you, our customer and it was a hard decision for me to move my production to another place.
All of this caused us to have some smaller delays a few (less then 10) customers got affected by a longer delay and 3-4 of them with a very long delay.
I am still stressing out that every one of them received the item they have ordered.
A few opened delayed orders are still pending.
About 3 months ago we started slowly to move some of our body kits and the best selling wings to a new facility and within the next 2-3 months we should have the production issue and delays sorted out.
Alex, our sales manager was under a lot of stress with all of this, running between our office in LA and our factory 50 miles out of LA and probably did not handle the situation in the best possible way and I was running around trying to find a solution and at the same time working on the new design for the new 991 Porsche and the Lamborghini Avantador kit and have not realized how big the problem is until two months ago.
I understand that in life things don’t go always as planed and there will always be some kind of problems, but most of them can be fixed if addressed in a honest and timely matter and we are and will continue to try to make this right for all affected customers and try to stay within a reasonable delivery time for any future customers.
The only thing I can say at this moment is that I AM VERY SORRY for this to all the customers affected and that we have this problem under control.

Yes the GTM spoiler on the white 997 is the same spoiler like on the silver car.
