I came very close to ordering my car with a nat brown interior but decided against it for two reasons... one was that it was too much brown for me. Thought that maybe a carpet in deviating color would do the trick. But then I thought about how difficult might be to get nat brown replacement parts. So instead, I went with a black interior with deviating panels (door, lower dash, seat inserts) in natural brown. The look was similar to the BMW 335 with saddle leather that I owned at some point.

The only add-on to the "full leather" option was the PDK surround. I've since added a leather console that I purchased on rennlist. I also picked up some leather visors that I turned around to another rennlist member (USMC_DS1) after realizing that 987 and 997 cars don't have interchangable visors.

I didn't anticipate going from sport seats to sport buckets. But doing so forced me to seek out an aftermarket shop for the cushions/inserts. The factory pieces are outrageou$ly expen$ive.

Your options are, exterior color, or maybe Silver to match the silver trim on the car, or can go crazy and do something totally different (like black or something).

Yes, it's paler (due to lack of sunlight).

Nice one...to be more specific my cab console has a switch for the roof. What is there if you have a coupe?

To my eyes Natural Brown is one of the loveliest interiors Porsche ever offered!….and it's my favorite.

mercedes, bentley, rolls, bmw, etc etc.

If you were impressed by the porsche piece, watch the video on the bentley assembly. It makes porsche look like they are just slapping **** together.

I was in the same situation, I ended up buying a used Carbon Fiber console, it looks great IMO. That said with your color combo I would probably go the painted route, add red gauges and seat belts and it will look great!!!

Oh yeah, I know! Furthermore proof, you can't easily replicate it at a shop in your neighbourhood!

Post some pics of the interior, I am not so sure if red would look good with brown, might have to do a more neutral route.

Sadly my interior is basic sand beige. Only leather I see is ebrake and maybe steering wheel (but so cheap does not feel like leather). There is some stitching on door pull but likely not leather either.

Love the car but now that I have had a few months I see what I am missing and it is KILLING ME. List on it new was $93k plus so not a lot of options. Wish I had joined forum before I purchased to learn more and understand what options there are.
