Well, now we need the OPs picture and picture of his wife so we can evaluate his self assessment.
Judging by the poem, OP is the XX spokesman...however, I think reality will be very far from the truth.

Maybe add some more lines, like:
"Surely some may think me a d*ck. But my love for my car is really sick."
"I polish her fenders and panels, and even her key fob. I love her so much, I must now go polish my ****."
(that's now copyrighted too, so don't even think of swiping it)

The responses have been very enlightening.....thanks guys! Clearly my attempts to spark your passion are misplaced. I mistakenly believed that there might be others that share my passion - so I put myself out there.
I'll be spending less time in the future trying to help and uplift those on these forums and more time in my passionate, amazing, real life. Thanks for the wake up call!
PS- I won't delete my post since I want to remind myself of it the next time I go to start a thread or help someone with a question.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I'm all for a bit of passion about life, but it's just a car. To be honest I find your poetry, complete with spelling errors, rather refreshing, and in some ways no different to the people who spend months or years looking for the perfect car. Both are maybe a little too serious about a hunk of a metal in my view, but maybe I lack the passion and the mindset to love a bunch of mechanical parts, regardless of how well they are put together. Keep on writing your poetry, and ignore those of us that "don't get it".
