Uh, manufacturer's recommended tire pressures per the placard that's attached to the car on the door jamb of the driver's side door. They established those based upon vehicle loading and performance which includes optimization for MPG so they can strive to meet CAFE requirements.

Since it's winter, at least in Ohio, remember to compensate for the drop in temperature.
