Where to go? Park Place has a long list of horrific reviews. Is it really that bad?

 

I've used Ruf in Carrollton before.. would reccomend them.. I just bought a car from Park place, not sure I would use them for a PPI though.

Thanks to all who replied. I'll be calling Hans in the morning. Very happy that an indy seems to be the consensus for best place to go. And no, not moving. Looking at a private sale of a 2011 C4S. I've kept my current car for 2 1/2 years which is about 1/2 a year longer than I usually keep them. It's a sickness I guess. Lurkers.....2009 C4S launch car may be for sale soon if this comes together.

These suggestions still valid for a PPI in the Dallas area as of 2016? Any new recommendations?

Will inspect your car thoroughly. Just remember to ask for Over rev count, hours etc.

 

RAC for sure they had mine for 5 yrs before I bought it. That is why I bought it.

 

I purchase my 2011 Carrera S from a online dealer in Dallas about a year ago. I used RAC Performance to do the PPI. They did a multi-point inspection and e-mailed me a full report on the car. Also recommended a quality local paint shop to look at the car before buying. Went thru the PPI report over the phone in detail. They are very knowledgeable with Porsches and know what to look for. I purchased the car and had it shipped to the east coast. Very happy with the car. They did a thorough PPI service. Found them to be reputable and service oriented.

 

i bought my 997 from park place and they were great all around for the inspection and records and I bought a mercedes from them and their dealer was great too
