I wonder if the Rennline adjustable base plate would fit these? Or if I could just shim the Porsche brand gas pedal. It doesn't need much, maybe 1/4-3/8".

A bit of clarification about the Rennline system. The underlying, support plate is a thin plate that screws directly onto the OEM plastic pedal via sheet metal screws. You have to drill pilot holes but the plate goes on flat and against the OEM pedal. That plate, has three additional holes that the Silver/Black/Nubbed pedal attaches to, and it is these holes are what is used to adjust the pedal height and angle. To make this work, you have to drill three more, larger holes into your OEM pedal so the adjustment screws can pass unrestricted.

In other words, I don't think the Rennline plate gives you any adjustment of these other pedals. You must use the Rennline system of plate and pedal.

I recommend you contact Rennline directly and ask them. They are pretty good guys and have always been easy to work with. Their pedals come in a variety of finishes and styles. Unfortunately, it is stupidly difficult to describe how this system works.

I went a different route from most on this thread.

I like the stock pedals, but felt the plastic foot rest and plastic fuse cover looked cheap. So I upgraded the stock foot rest to the Porsche OEM Aluminum Sport foot rest (why Porsche doesn't have this as standard is beyond me). I also upgraded my fuse lid cover to one covered in matching Cocoa leather, just like the Porsche Exclusive interiors (and seen on the exclusive 911 Sport Classic and Speedster models.)

I think if I buy pedals I am going with SRP, I have heard nothing but great things about them, they are made in the USA, and I prefer the look of them.

Size: 608.9 KBI have the rennline pedals with perforations and a track mat. Here are pictures with/without carpet mat. Gas pedal height can be adjusted 1 cm or so.
