Arrow Show Off Your Aluminum Pedals!!!

Hey guys,

As I come within completion of modding my C2S (yeah right ), I am looking to add a couple of small final touches.

Spacers went on a couple days ago and my AC buttons will be redone tomorrow. With that said, I am thinking of purchasing a set of aluminum pedals to finish her off for now.

So far I have found that the best bang for your buck seems to be at Suncoast shown here for 100 bucks:

Who here has aluminum pedals? Why did you choose the type that you did? How much were they? Do you like them?

Thanks in advance for the help!!

John

I installed the Rennline gas pedal..... tried the silver, went with the black one. I did it to heel-toe at street pressures and not for looks. Check out my installation thread on this with pictures of silver and black:

How are the holding up ? Do the rubber buttons cut down on scratches to the finish ?

I have that exact setup from Suncoast and it really added to the "black hole" look when you open the door. As for pedal feel, really can't say I noticed any difference.

Those look sweet! Going to grab those and a set of H&R spacers when I get back to my garage.

I agree with Bruce...like to have the throttle pedal a little higher.

Am I missing something or could I not just make my own backing plate for the throttle pedal and raise it up some???

Also curious on how they wear say a year or two down the road.

I have those exact pedals when they first came out ~ 4-5 yrs ago. Great addition to the interior bling. Still look sharp. The rubber paddings are holding up well, I must say.

I bought a set off ebay, there are a whole bunch on there, some with Porsche name on, some without. I paid $76 shipped for mine.

Was just browsing Suncoast...those yellow tach guages are tempting.

I also want this Porsche baseball hat with matching key ring/coffee mug and valve stems... http://www.suncoastparts.com/product..._Code=997s_key

I won't feel like a tool with that lol

Holding up quite well but I don't daily my 997, I drive it twice a week. Quality seems to be fine.
