I'm in the same situation as you. My 2010 Gs can't handle the snow so I store it and I bought a 2008 C4. This will be my third winter and I couldn't be happier with the way it handles the snow. I do have winter tires that I use. (best of both worlds)

I would keep your nice Corvette and buy some sort of winter beater, or maybe a comfortable daily driver that will make you happy in other respects.
