So, I'm looking to upgrade the spoiler on my 997.1 ('08 C2S) to a Getty or MA Shaw ducktail copy of the 997.2 Sport Classic spoiler. Considering the ducktail will fit a 997.1 or 997.2, if I were to fab a holder for the oil filler tube, is there anything that would keep the 997.2 airbox from fitting in the 997.1?

Did you ever figure this out? I’m working on same issue.

I’m not a 100% but if you’re changing the deck to the .2 type then the air box for the .2 will line up. You may have to get a few small pieces to go from the air box to the throttle body though. Study engine bay pic of both .1 and .2 cars to figure out what you will need
