Ok, here it is with H&R springs and 7mm/15mm spacers fitted last night. May settle a little more but happy with the result
Cheers,
Pip.

Nice car Pip! My car is very similar to yours. GT Silver, X51, Full Leather, but have different wheels. Mine just turned 30K miles. Enjoy, they are great cars.

Thanks. Sounds like we have very similar cars.
The turbos wouldn't have been my first choice but not terrible either. I was contemplating powder coating them black with black stone guards but that maybe a little cliche?
Decisions, decisions! Definitely getting the itch to keep modifying/personalizing though. Updates soon.

Hey Mrpip, what make of springs did you swap out with? How's the ride compared to the OE PASM springs. BTW, If lowering was significant, you'd need to do a wheel alignment.

pip that looks so good! Something about GT silver, so much... cooler than arctic (not trying to offend anyone, my car's white )

So after 2 weeks of ownership, here's the mods so far.

Lowered with H&R springs
7mm/15mm H&R spacers
Black stone guards
Blacked out wheels, emblems and tailpipes.

I know the black isn't everyone's taste and being Plasti dip means its just rubberized coating that's protecting the rims and can be pealed off in about 10 minutes to return to factory look but I'm having fun messing with it. Clear bra goes on tomorrow and planning a short shifter next.

Cheers,
pip.

Sure will!

I made the stone guards myself, cut out of a sheet of satin black vinyl and stuck them over the factory guards. 20 minute job.

The new additions look fantastic. Very well done!

Could you comment a bit on the springs and their ride? I have been on the fence about installing a set. I love the look but scraping everywhere (aerokit car) and ride quality are my deterrents.
