Default Clutch spring squeak near transmission

I have a low-mile ’07 C2S and have a noticeable squeak/spring sound underneath near the left rear wheel when the clutch is depressed (only hear it when the car is off). Sounds like the clutch return spring. I don’t have a lift, but it looks pretty sealed-up underneath. Is there any easy lube point or does it need to go up and have panels removed to access the pivot point and spring?

Thanks!

It's common for the plastic tip of the slave cylinder pushrod to wear off. Then you get metal pushrod on metal throwout arm. It might be prudent to pull the slave (2 bolts) before you pull the trans to look for broken spring fingers (which is also quite common failure mode).

So no easy fix by just removing an access cover?
