haha!! just found this!

I really enjoyed your humor in this thread!
what a great way to be so positive about those things....
that is an interesting take on all the mods you've done.....
wheels were my first priority haha, I really miss my first Porsche
which was a Targa, man that thing was sweet.......
your car looks great, I even kind of like that mellow spoiler in the back, I really prefer
the look of the non Turbo, if I could just have the carerra body with the TT muscle I'd be happy...

so planning on getting some wheels in the near future?
it's a sickness so watch out! lol

It's always plugged in to a charger if not used daily.
Watch the CTC flyers. 1/2 price soon er or later.
And if your garage is secure, don't lock via the remote and you won't have to relearn the remote after 7 days either.

Does it really work as a trickle charger through the cigarette outlet? That is TOO cool!

Does a 2002 996 cab and a 2008 997 turbo cab both have an "always on" cigarette outlet? I want one for myself, and will get a Christmas present for my dad while I'm at it if so!

Use the one in the passenger footwell.
It's plugged in during winter storage so I don't have to take out the battery.
