Sway bars minimize chassis flex during turning so they will affect your ride characteristic. In normal street driving you probably see minimal difference though.
I asked the same question a few weeks ago and got a majority "don't do it" and "unnecessary" since our cars are already plenty stiff. So I passed on this easy install.

CORASACHNELL is correct. When you stiffen the sway bars, you are going to affect the ride. A single wheel will be less likely to deflect for a bump with that stiffer bar, transmitting more impact to the car.

less rocking motion, more stability, well worth it for the track. if you get them, set them to mid hole in rear, one to softer side from center hole in front and try it. do not set rear to full stiff and front to full soft.

for street only car I would not bother.
