Summer in the southern hemisphere has resulted in me putting another 2000km on my 997T in the last two weeks. So many fantastic roads to drive in NZ. Some a little rough but mostly empty and twisted enough to really enjoy the car.
THIS is one one the best pics I have ever seen... it is atmospheric, symbolic.... this is of professional caliber, I see this on the cover of a magazine (Porsche oriented, of course).
Would you accept to post , in some way or other, the HD version of this? I would love to see it full screen...
The highest speed limit in New Zealand is 100 km/h and we have a tolerance limit of 4 km/h
The more tickets you get the more demerit points you receive. If you get 100 demerit points, your license gets suspended some time
so you don't even need 3rd gear and up...hah! are there any toll roads/divided hiways, sorry for sounding rhubish/noobish, but 100kph, that must take extreme diligence on the driver's part...to not get caught...do you guys have many tracks/fun places to drive, fun-like?
Thanks for the kind words fellas.
I really have no idea the color. .... It's a pts color.
RS blue?
Nogaro blue?
It should have a Porsche paint code someplace on the body, perhaps on the gas lid, door jamb, or under one of the liners in the frunk. Other Rennlisters probably know exactly where you can find it.
driver side door jab. sticker should say paint name and code.

Thanks! Sadly I took it using my old GF1 camera, with no tripod, at night. So at full size you can see evidence of the lack of image stabilization. In hind sight I should have made the effort to pull my other camera out of my suitcase and taken a better photo. So gutted I didn't.
