Ask for the weight of the replacement wheel off of eBay(if you go that way).. Keep the weight of your wheel to yourself to see if it is a match given same offsets, diameter, style.

I would fix and keep as a backup in case of emergency. Better than riding the spare while you wait.

I paid about $160 to have a dent (carbon copy of yours) ironed out from a BBS cast wheel. Never had a problem after.
