It is amazing how such a small inexpensive part can make such in impact on the look of the car.

My only mod.

My sales person did it for me before I left the lot on Day 1.

Welcome to the clear side markers club. Looking good!

It only took me 4 years to do this mod myself. To be honest, I never thought it was such a big deal. Sure it looks nicer, but the orange ones never bothered me either.

I did the same. I saw a mention by one person who had to critique it, and he said he couldn't stand to look at the orange bulb. That is ridiculous, but when I was installing led lights on the inside I decided to get orange led lights for the side markers. The aren't orange until they light up, so all you see is clear, no orange, until you turn the lights on. It's also very bright and clear orange, an even better look in my opinion. Good mod you did!

Or you may live in a state where the side marker bulb color is not an issue during state inspection.

Hmm...didn't think about that as I live in Florida. As long as it runs fine with lights working you are fine here, no state inspections. But, you will get pulled over for just about anything looking sketchy, like looking like you shouldn't be owning a Porsche but driving one anyway.

I've been thinking of doing this. Can you tell me where you purchased the LEDs (inside and marker lights). Was the installation plug n play? Are the interior LEDs as bright as the stock lights?
