Any reason NOT to get a CNA Warranty?

I'm pleasantly surprised they will give you an exclusionary warranty on an '06. Given the mileage you anticipate, the CNA seems the better deal. I have a Paragon exclusionary on my '05, originally it was a 6 year one, I've got 3 left. So far covered repairs have repaid half of the warranty's cost. Even if there are no more covered repairs, I still consider it peace of mind given mine has the small IMS bearing.
