Your homeowner's policy does not cover you when you are driving. An umbrella policy will not cover you either, because the underlying policy (the homeowner's) doesn't cover that kind of thing.
not entirely accurate - in the event of liability stemming from a driving incident, the underlying policy to an umbrella is auto, not homeowner's. now...whether the auto policy precludes umbrella coverage on a "track" is another issue...
