I had one of these in my 05 997S: http://www.kudausa.com/porsche-911-9...lack-a640.html

It mounts with no screws and is unlikely to damage anything. Leather made to match (almost).

Was getting ready to install the Proclip and was concerned over the potentia damage t the trim. Before hacking up the iOttie I tried some alternative mounting solutions and found the following in the pics works great. Been on 3 days now, very solid, looks great and has no harm of damaging anything. What do you think?

iOttie HLCRIO102 One Touch Windshield Dashboard Universal Car Mount Holder for iPhone 4S/5/5S/5C, Galaxy S4/S3/S2, HTC One DROID RAZR HD - Retail Packaging - Black

If it holds and you like the look, you win. What about passenger leg bump?

Just thought I offer my .02.... I have been using the Steelie magnetic ball mount system in all our vehicles because of their simplicity, versatility and reusability. No marks on leather or plastic at removal. Placing any phone on the mount takes ZERO time or effort because there inso cradle, just a magnetic disc on the back of your phone or case. 30 second installation. Love these things! I'll include a pic of my phone on the dash tomorrow.
