Default 2009 997.2 C4S PRICING ADVICE

Hey Guys,

I'm thinking about selling my 997.2 C4S privately and have no idea what the current market for 09 C4S's looks like here in Los Angeles or elsewhere for that matter. For those that have recently shopped 09 911's especially, I'd love to hear your honest opinion on what you think I should list my car for, or more importantly, what I should expect to actually get for it. (If this request is not appropriate for the general forum, then I apologize in advance!)

Here are the specs on my car:

-2009 911 Carrera 4S coupe
PDK
GT Silver
Black Full Leather
Pwr Comfort Seats w/ Driver Mem
Heated Front Seats
Heated 3 Spoke Carbon MF Steering Wheel
Seat Ventilation
Bluetooth
Parking Assist
Sport Chrono
Navigation for PCM
Bose
Floor Mats
Universal Audio
Mirror Attachment Point Painted
Side Skirts in Exterior Color
Rear Center Console Leather
Porsche Crest in Headrest
Metal Door Sill Model Insignia

-20K miles
-in service date: 8.28.09

MSRP was $119,110

Adds:
-OEM Sport Classic Wheels (Black Fuchs style)
-OEM Shift Gate in Leather
-Premier Clear Bra
-Premier Window Tint

Thanks again for any help and hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Best,

Dave

I'd say $65k. With that in service date, its still under warranty right?

There are quite a few options on that car. In Canada that would be in the mid to high 70's from a Porsche dealership. $65k would be a great deal for the buyer.

Good luck with your sale. Btw, what car are you moving into next?

I agree with the others, I would ask high 60's and expect mid 60's.

Do you still have stock wheels? Does it have any warranty left? Do you have all the records and is all maintenance complete? These are questions that will either make it low 60's or high IMO.

Definitely agree on the maintenance unless you catch a buyer that doesn't know better or is in a rush

That's a very highly optioned car.
High 60's easy, if not low 70's. No way you should settle for a mid-60's offer. Wait for the next buyer.

+1000. A GT silver full leather 09 4S is a rare car. Must be gorgeous.

If it was PDK, I might interested.

So you're the guy that bought that car out from under me! My dealer had done a search form me and told me about that car. I called the next day to start the negotiation and got the word that the car was gone. I ended up with something similar with a few less options so I'm interested in the value discussion too.

Dave if I remember you bought a few weeks before I bought mine. I'd say high 60's or 70 if its in great shape and service records up to date. I think a c4S with those options and color is desirable. It has a warranty too.

You are right Moab. Wishful thinking.

A C4S manual at Downtown Porsche is going for $87k. Great deal then for $70k.
