Default Photoshop service requested, steering wheel

Looking for a new steering wheel. Can someone make the chrome/stainless portion of this wheel satin black? Just curious to see how it would work. Have an almost all black interior and not sure I want to introduce that shine right in my face. TIA.

DCT and techart can also do custom wheels with flat bottom and almost anything else you can imagine.
