Revisiting this, had a “passenger” airbag warning light, replaced the sensors and now has an airbag warning.
don’t have anything to reset however I heard that if I disconnect the battery, it may do the trick? Anyone have experience with this?

Airbag warnings font usually clear with a battery disconnect / reconnect and usually require a scanner.

Hi Guys,
I got error code 805A - “Passenger’s front sensor, no communication” on my 2006 997.1 Base.

Based on all these threads I suppose I’m going to purchase a New Acceleration Sensor Front for about $165.

Seems I need to remove front bumper but some say you can get at this by removing front indicator/fog light. I removed this and didn’t see how the sensor was accessible. Anyone have luck doing this?

Any other suggestions?

Hope this works,

Thanjs

Having the same issue. What's the part #? How do I know which sensor to replace?

Thanks

Yes, I have the same car, i took the bumper off and replaced only the left side and tested it worked fine. I was not able to access the sensor by going through side marker.

I have pictures of the sensor and their mounting screws but they are on a saved word file so I cannot post them. If you want the pics send me your email address and I'll email you file..
