And there you go...the importance of checking everything before naming the culprit...
This is a very rare occurrence with a brand new car like yours, but it can happen...no part is bulletproof. I bet you it was defective from the factory...
I wouldn't even think for a second about the other 5 injectors. Just drive the shnizzle out of it once it's fixed and enjoy! After all...remember...it's brand new with many miles/years of warranty to go...

Glad it's fixed!
I'm not sure what you mean by decoding the invoice...
It basically states the customer complaint and diagnostic regarding the specific cylinder. Besides the injector, they've also checked coils and plugs to make sure the problem doesn't return.
The list describes the specific parts with their respective part numbers used to complete the job.
There was a Core Return, where the old injector is sent out for remanufacturing in the place of the new one...
I believe the High pressure In is related to the high pressure line the injector sits in...
The injector has 1 or 2 O-rings that need to be installed along and the tech used grease/lubricant,basically to facilitate easy installation.
I'm not sure what fixing device is...they might use some tool to insert the injector into the high pressure fuel line...
It also looks like he needed to replace some screw...
You're good to go...really! No worries...

Mechanical portion of the injector failed, the electrical solenoid that operates the injector was found to be good. Spark plug and coil that fires that plug were found to be good.

I can decode it for you.
They fixed it.
They didn't charge you anything.
Anything else you need to know?
