Need abit of help i was looking to change my trany fluid 6speed all the forums i have read it tells me the drain plug and the fill plug 16 mm and 18 when i removed the underbody panels what i see is a 24mm at the bottom and 24mm wich looks to be the fill , any help would be appreciated , thanks

yeah, i am running into that also - the shop manual says one thing but reality is different. maybe german models are spec'd with the allen type plugs. in any case, i found that a 15/16 socket fits just fine and am planning on changing it this coming wknd.
