Default Removing 997.2 subwoofers for fiber filling

Anyone care to guide us on how to remove the rear subs on a 997.2 for fiber filling. Read somewhere that there is room for improvemtn simply by stuffing those subs with fiber fill. Tnks bros.

Rear subs? I thought the only sub was in the passenger footwell. That's two torx screws.

If you drive a cab....yes. Otherwise the Bose sub is behind the rear seats.

Hi stefang, for the cab i think the subs were placed in the footwells as there is no space in the rear deck occupied by the cab top. This was the same setup with 997.1 but the 997.2 has the subs in the rear deck.

I believe this is what you are looking for: http://www.planet-9.com/reviews/elec...nd-system.html. I don't know if the instructions are for a 997.2 but this looks just like my 997.2.

Never mind ... I didn't read the OP and subsequent posts. The above is just for the cab.

yes this iw the intention. maybe it is similar to the 997.2 setup but would really hope someone could have done it already and we do not need to reinvent the wheel as they say
