Default Can Option XLT Sport Tailpipes be Ceramic Coated easily?

I have what I consider very nice Sport Tailpipes, I would not have paid the price that was paid for them, but the prior owner took care of that for me. I love them. I am thinking of Maybe making them Black, what would be the easiest way to do so? Also do you think this is a mistake? Would I just be better off buying Black ones in case I want to switch back?

I have Black wheels that is why I was thinking about it.

Thank you

Well, the easiest way is to use black high heat spray paint. Ceramic coat is about $50 - I went that way.

Any pictures, $50 is nothing, I would rather do it the right way if I do it.

Thank you

Do a search, there are better pics, but here's mine. The dark spots are water.
